During Easter, we stayed at a hotel that had immediate reaction from their staff regarding lack of soap in the bathroom, which was definitely a positive. the owner contacted us over the phone to make sure that everything was fine, which made our experience much more personal. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was nearby a great restaurant.
There were some negative aspects of our stay. there was no real parking available and the so-called "parking" was not really marked.

During our stay, the staff was quick to address any issues and warmly welcomed us. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel had friendly staff, and they ensure personalized experiences like owner calling to ensure everything was fine. The location was great; it was just a short distance from various restaurants and attractions. The facility had ample facilities to ensure guests had a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacked parking and didn't have any arrangements for it.

We had a lovely romantic escape with many enjoyable aspects. the staff was quick to address any concerns we had during our stay and offered excellent service. We loved the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the place. the location was quite convenient as it was in proximity to a fantastic restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a delightful evening of dining. the facility was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The parking facility was not adequate and could use some improvements for upcoming guests. we were only given one key, which made things difficult on certain occasions.
